load_breast_cancer() — 569 real patients, 30 measurements taken from images of tumour cell nuclei. Shape (569, 30), with a target y where 0 = malignant and 1 = benign.

Ships inside scikit-learn, so it needs no download and works offline. Used in section 03 for indexing by name and in take-home A for the PCA scaling trap.
