Dataset

Dataset — a collection of examples, much like a spreadsheet.

The workshop uses nine of them, and every one is real except where a section deliberately needs synthetic data to isolate a concept. Real data carries problems random numbers never show: missing values, features on incompatible scales, and pixels that never change.
