Decomposition

Decomposition — writing one tensor as a product of simpler ones. Spanish: descomposición. SVD, PCA and Tucker are all decompositions.

A factorization is the same idea said the other way round: one object written as a product of simpler objects. The workshop uses eight — LU, QR, eigendecomposition, SVD, PCA, pseudoinverse, Cholesky, and Tucker/CP.
